License to Use Photos
The Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use the Photos ordered on the Site, for his personal or professional needs, in compliance with the copyright and related rights of the Company and of the authors of the Photos.
The Client undertakes not to reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, rent, lend, transfer, broadcast, communicate to the public or make available to third parties, by any means whatsoever, the Photos, without prior written authorization from the Company.
The Client also undertakes not to use the Photos for illicit purposes, contrary to public order or good morals, or detrimental to the rights and reputation of the Company, the authors of the Photos or any third party. .
The Customer acknowledges that the Company and the authors of the Photos retain the intellectual and moral property of the Photos and that no transfer of rights is made by ordering and delivering the Photos.
The Company reserves the right to terminate the license to use the Photos in the event of violation by the Client of these terms and conditions, without prejudice to any damages that the Company may claim from the Client.
Ahern Photographie (hereinafter the "Company") is in no way responsible for the printing of photos purchased by the consumer and made at the consumer's own premises or at a third party; printing conditions and settings vary from one printer to another.
Ahern Photographie (hereinafter the “Company”) is in no way responsible for variations in colors, tones or saturations; each screen of different types of computers (PC, Mac etc.) being subject to different types of calibrations.
